Winter style can be jeans, jeans and more jeans…and we love that about winter.
The trouble is when summer breezes around, we’re all a little too attached and comfortable with throwing on our jeans and it’s a bit scary finding an alternative.
We wanted to give you some fabulous, summer friendly alternatives to help get you out of your jeans rut.
- The Maxi Dress. We are big fans of the effortlessly glam look with the bonus of offering leg cover. For those of you with a Petite frame, remember to keep the print small.

2. Casual Pants. If you thought your jeans were comfortable, these will blow your mind! The softer, thinner fabric will keep you much cooler too.

3. Skirts. We find women are far harsher on their legs than they need to be….get your pins out girls!! Thick black tights in summer is a no! You’re only drawing more attention to your legs by wearing tights in summer. If you’re afraid of your white pins, embrace the gradual tanning products for a more natural looking glow. Find the right length & shape for your body type, then maximise the cost per wear by dressing them up and down.

4. Shorts. Not all shorts are made the same! When selecting your perfect pair, opt for a more dressy pair, don’t go too casual as these are usually more shapeless and unflattering styles.
5. Playsuits. With the exception of being able to pee in a hurry, these little beauties are an awesome summer staple. Watch where the waist band sits, to get the fit right for you.
