Wouldn’t we all like to look a little younger?
OK, so we all know there are five tricks to remaining youthful…
- 8 hours of sleep
- 5 portions of veggies everyday
- A session at the gym
- 2 litres of water
- Meditation
…but let’s face it – for those of us who juggle working, family and a social life, that’s just not going to happen every day!
I can normally tick two or three off the hit list, but never them all… and even if I did, I am sure a bottle of shiraz and a bar of Green and Blacks has probably set me back!!

The weather has hit that point, where it is not quite cold enough for jackets and coats, but we need something and the stores are filled with beautiful, soft, cosy cardigans. But, buy with caution!!! They can swamp frames, cover up curves and make you look far bigger than you are.
